Virtual Mediation & Arbitration

With courtroom dockets overloaded across the country, it can take weeks or months to see a judge, and even longer for a case to be resolved.

Fortunately, virtual ADR and hybrid virtual ADR offers a simple and effective alternative dispute resolution method to resolve issues without stepping foot into court!

While traditional mediation or arbitration involves meetings that typically take place in a neutral location that both parties agree upon, virtual mediation sessions allow the parties to participate from any convenient location with internet access.

Over the past few years, I have successfully mediated countless cases over Zoom and have found virtual mediation to be an incredibly beneficial form of ADR.
